  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Expedited Shipping (2–4 business days) – available at an additional cost.
  • Local Pickup (if applicable) – available at our Lakewood, NJ location upon request.

5. Delayed or Lost Packages

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unexpected carrier delays can occur.
If your package appears delayed or lost:

DSS DISCOUNTERS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation by the carrier.

At this time, DSS DISCOUNTERS ships only within the United States.
We do not currently offer international shipping.


7. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or tampered with, please take photos of the packaging and product immediately and contact us within 48 hours at info@dssdiscounters.com.
We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund after verifying the issue.


8. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.
